Also to ensure that your jewelry reaches you in the best of its form and condition, our orders are shipped via trusted courier companies like DTDC, Blue Dart, or FedEx.

The item are typically delivered within 6-7 business days. Deliveries to metro locations may be faster. Whereas, the customized or made-to-order item may take unto 10-15 business day for they need extra crafting efforts and are specially curated for you.

Important Shipping Information:

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 business days), except on Indian public holidays, when it may take up to 72 hours.

• Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch and are meant to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.

• Once items have been dispatched, we cannot redirect orders to a different address.

• All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon delivery. Customized orders will take longer than usual to be made, and delivery will be estimated based on the production timeframe.

• Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Order Cancellation Due to Delay:

If we are unable to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you may request to cancel the remaining undelivered items. Any payment made for the unshipped products will be refunded through the original payment method.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging:

If you notice any tampering or damage to the package, do not accept delivery. Instead, please email us at customer@chhapchhabili.com with your order reference number, and we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
