Shipping & Payment Policy
Our aim is to celebrate every woman exactly as she is, while ensuring that your silver jewelry reaches you safely and securely in its finest condition.
To protect our silver jewelry during transit, shipping charges are applicable. These charges help cover secure packaging and transit insurance, which is essential for precious silver products.
Shipping Charges
- ₹99 for Standard Shipping (Applicable on all prepaid orders)
- Partial COD Available
For Partial Cash on Delivery orders:
- ₹99 (Standard Shipping Charges)
- ₹100 (Advance payment towards product price)
The remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, our logistics partner. Shiprocket assigns a trusted courier service (such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, or similar) based on serviceability and delivery efficiency for your location.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Deliveries to metro cities may be faster.
Customized or made-to-order jewelry may take 10–15 business days, as these pieces require additional craftsmanship and are specially curated for you.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, your paid amount will be refunded within 48 hours (2 business days) to your original payment method.
- If the order is already dispatched, the paid amount will be non-refundable.
Order Refusal & RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
- If a Partial COD order is refused at delivery, the advance amount paid (₹99 shipping + ₹100 partial product payment) will be non-refundable.
- If the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us (RTO), the advance amount paid will be non-refundable.
- For re-dispatch of an RTO order:
- The customer must pay fresh shipping charges.
- The order must be converted to fully prepaid before re-shipment.
Important Shipping Information
- Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address, accurate PIN code, and a mobile number reachable on WhatsApp to avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 business days). On Indian public holidays, dispatch may take up to 72 hours (3 business days).
- Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch and are indicative only.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
- Customized orders take longer to manufacture, and delivery timelines will be estimated based on the production schedule.
- Each order can be shipped to one address only. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Cancellation Due to Delay
If we are unable to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you may request cancellation of the remaining undelivered items.
Any payment made for unshipped products will be refunded via the original payment method.
