How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@chhapchhabili.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Any feedback or suggestions (optional)

Requests are reviewed as per the policy stated below.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Important Requirement (Mandatory)

  • While returning or exchanging any product, a clear video of the packaging process is mandatory.
  • The video must show the product, packaging condition, and final sealed parcel.
  • This requirement is necessary from an insurance and safety perspective.
  • Requests without a proper packaging video may not be approved.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items returned in a used, altered, or damaged condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • If your order included a complimentary gift or bundled offer, all items received must be returned together.

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • We do not offer monetary refunds for returned products.
  • For approved returns, a Credit Note will be issued after the product is received and verified.
  • All charges are non-refundable, including shipping, handling, duties, insurance, or any other applicable fees.
  • Return shipping charges paid by the customer will be deducted from the credit note or from the final value of the new purchase.
  • Credit Notes are valid for future purchases on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Exchange Policy

  • If you do not wish to keep a product, you may exchange it for any other product available on our website, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are processed via a Credit Note, which can be used to place a new order.
  • Any price difference between products must be paid by the customer.
  • Products purchased during discounts, sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

Quality Check & Processing Timeline

  • Once we receive the returned or exchanged product at our factory warehouse, it undergoes a detailed quality check.
  • The verification process may take a few working days.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after the quality check is successfully completed.
  • In the case of returns, the Credit Note will be issued only after the quality check is completed and approved.
