We strive to make every purchase exciting and easy. However, if for any reason you do not feel loaded with joy when you open up that package of glittering silver, our Return and Exchange Policy is here to assist you.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please write to us at customer@chhapchhabili.com.

This will help us process your return/exchange as expected but more importantly it will make us do better with your next order.
For the sake of complete transparency here’s the Return & Exchange Guidelines that we follow:
• Customers have a seven-day inspection period from the date of delivery confirmation to notify us about their return or exchange request.
• Requests made after seven days from the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• The items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and unaltered. Items in an altered state will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
• If the purchase included a special offer, all additional items received as part of the offer must also
be returned.
• Since we don’t charge any delivery fee, taking an item return or exchanging almost doubles the cost in the matter. As a young business, it weighs more on us thus, all shipping costs, VAT, export duties, shipping and insurance charges, and return costs are solely the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. We hope you’d understand.
• The returned products must be insured, prepaid, and sent through a traceable and reputable courier service.
• Customized or Made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non exchangeable.
In case of Defective Shipments: The above conditions do not apply if the shipment is defective.
In such cases, you may choose between: a refund, an exchange, or Chhap Chhabili Store Credits for a future purchase.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
